Using Microsoft Project, this workshop will go through the basics of setting up a baseline schedule, updating a schedule, and then analyzing a schedule. The workshop will cover MS Projects basics, important schedule terms and knowledge, schedule analysis and reporting, and best practices for communicating schedules to all project stakeholders. The workshop is recommended for construction management professionals who have a basic understanding of construction scheduling but are looking for more in depth knowledge on how to use Microsoft Project to their advantage to analyze and communicate important pieces of information from the schedule such as resource constraints, progress review and delay analysis.
