Join ABC Chesapeake Shores for an online OSHA Review on Tuesday, August 3rd from 8:00am - 9:30am.

This review will cover the electronic submission requirement for federal OSHA that the State of Maryland has now adopted. Maryland companies with 20-249 employees will now have to annually submit the OSHA 300A form electronically; companies of 250+ have to annually submit the OSHA 300, 300A, & 301 forms. Please note that companies with 10 or less employees are exempt from OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements.
