Submit Your 2021 Chapter Safety Application Today!

The Chapter Safety Award is given by ABC Chesapeake Shores to Member firms that exhibit a sustained commitment to job site safety. Recipients will be determined by identifying those companies with meritorious safety performance per membership classification and by size of organization. Safety factor calculations incorporate the use of the OSHA frequency formula.

All winners of a Chapter Safety Award will be recognized at our annual Excellence in Construction & Safety Awards Banquet on Thursday, September 16th at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve [7795 Arundel Mills Blvd, Hanover, MD 21076]. Companies will be notified of the status of their application prior to the awards show.

How to Apply:
1. Download application
2. Fill out form according to your 2020 OSHA Form 300.
3. Submit to ABC Chesapeake Shores with $50 application fee. Fee can be paid online via the "Register" button on this screen, or via check made out to: ABC Chesapeake Shores (100 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401). For questions or to submit your application, email cwheeler@abc-chesapeake.org
